Need Help Editing Failover Script for 3CX with Custom Domain

Hello everyone,

I need some assistance with setting up a failover server for my 3CX system. I’m currently facing an issue related to the FQDN setup.

When using the 3CX-provided FQDN, the configuration is mostly automated. However, since we’re using our own custom domain, 3CX has informed us that we need to manually edit the failover script (.bat file).

Could anyone please guide me on how to properly edit the .bat file? Specifically:

• Which fields need to be modified?
• What information is required to complete the script correctly?

Any help or examples would be greatly appreciated.
