Need HubSpot to show caller name (Caller ID)

It appears that we've successfully integrated 3CX with HubSpot. We do however need to have the callers name show on HubSpot.
Any help would be appreciated. We have contact creation enabled and the contacts appear on hubspot now. We'd like to have it so that instead of using the contacts number as their name to have it as the Caller Id instead

When you enable the integration, and you receive the call in the Web Client or Desktop App, you will see the caller's name taken from HubSpot. Also, the contact page can be automatically launched in a new browser tab. Are you having any issues with this?

Ernesto, thanks for that. Yes, when a user that exists in HubSpot calls we see the name taken from HubSpot. What we're looking for is when a call comes in that isn't a HubSpot or 3CX contact to show the callers name. We'd like to use this as a way to speed up the contact creation process in HubSpot. In 3CX we're seeing the caller ID but we don't know how to pull that into HubSpot via contact creation feature.

The current CRM integration doesn't have the CNAM during lookup and creation, only the number. That's why it creates them as "New 3CX Contact [Number]". So, what you want isn't possible currently unless you use a third-party script or integration. (The manual contact popup in the Webclient and DesktopApp does have the %CallerName% variable tho.)
