Hi all,

my problem.
we use 3cx as programmable callcenter.

All is fine.
1 Hotline Number via external SIP-Access
internal Agents connected with an VoIP-phone.

Now we would like to do this:
We don't want to use own VoIP-phones for 3CX.
The sip-data of each user should be integrated to the existing (really old) pbx.

There is only support for 1 SIP-Trunk.

So I need to bundle all agents into one trunk

Situation:
agent 1 (9101) -> sip account 1-> old pbx -> DECT
agent 2 (9102) -> sip account 2 > old pbx -> DECT
agent 3 (9103) -> sip account 3 > old pbx -> DECT
agent 4 (9104) -> sip account 4 > old pbx -> DECT

It Should be:
agent 1 (9101) -> bundle in sip account 1 as trunk
agent 2 (9102) -> bundle in sip account 1 as trunk
agent 3 (9103) -> bundle in sip account 1 as trunk
agent 4 (9104) -> bundle in sip account 1 as trunk

sip account 1 as trunk-> old pbx -> DECT

Is there any software / Gateway you know which can do it, and can provide this ?
There are 8 agents (sip accounts need to be bundled into one).

If the old PBX has a SIP trunk available, then have that trunk register to 3CX, set-up with a Master Bridge trunk. This link... https://www.3cx.com/docs/ deals with connecting to an Asterisk PBX, but the concept is the same. Bridge trunks allow other extensions to be called, in either direction, using outbound rules, and an "access" prefix. You may have to create some dummy extensions on 3CX, and then forward those extensions over the bridge trunk. I'm not sure that I'm completely clear, on all that you hope to achieve.

Dear members,
I need to setup a Bridge between my 3CX PBX and Asterisk (Elastix) PBX.
I did all configurations as mentioned in this link: https://www.3cx.com/docs/
Both PBXes are connected to each other.
But still can manage to make calls from 3CX to Asterisk.
I Can make calls from Asterisk to 3CX. But can't make calls from 3CX to Asterisk.

PBXes are in different LANS (Remote) Different Public IP addresses.
I do not have a VPN connection between the PBXes.

Can someone please help with this issue?
Or do someone manage to get this working properly?

You should really have begun a new thread (new issue)....

Check the 3CX Activity Log to confirm that outbound rules are sending the call to the proper trunk. If they are, are there any error messages being returned from the other end?

(sorry,,,just saw that you had already posted elsewhere)
