I am trying to configure VOIP phone polycom 301.
I entered in the authenticated user name, gateway, port, DNS IP.
I can't seem to type in the outbound proxy IP since I can't erase the phone default IP. I click on up and down arrow to erase but it didn't work.
How do I enter in the proxy IP ? I am lost and frustrated here.
where do I enter the user password for the phone ? I search menu but I can't find it.
Ok. I managed to entered the proxy IP address.
There is a section in network configuration which requires server address. I don't know what kind of server IP suppose to be filled in this area. Does server mean the DNS suffix name such as companyname.com
