Need to migrate to other Hyper-V - 3CX version 20 - on premise.

Situation: Need to migrate 3CX version 20 from old hyper-v server to a new hyper-v server.
I need to move this 3CX site and its on premise - backup and restore comes with error when decrypting backup and error code is: Invalid Reply (LicensePhone).

I recently (2-3 months ago) upgraded them to version 20 from 18 - and there I had to setup Office Hours and Groups and something else (cant remember) from start - they were not restored.

How should I do this or which approach should i go so its less hassle for the customer?

Several options

- Set up hyperv replication between the two servers and failover to the new one.
- Export / Import VM
- Set up failover 3CX server on 2nd host then fail over
