New Contact Window Not Capturing First and Last Name

Hello,
We have v18U9. Integration with Salesforce is working great. We just have one small issue.

When a caller not in Salesforce calls, and we click "Add Contact" from the desktop app, it doesn't grab the first and last name from the caller ID. It only brings over the phone number to the new contact form.

Is there a configuration change we can make somewhere to get the first and last name to auto-populate, or is this working as expected?
