New guide for AWS deployment?

Hello all! Is there a new guide to deploy 3CX in AWS instance? I've tried to follow the one that i have in the past but when I get to the page where it deploys the instance on 3CX and allows me to download the config file, it errors out saying the security user doesnt have permissions to create an instance. Ive confirmed the security user has EC2 Full access and ServiceQuota full access.
I must be doing something wrong on my end.

Still curious about this, but i was able to get a new server deployed through Digital Ocean with no problems.
