New install test - license question

Hi,

I need to reinstall 3cx to upgrade to v20 and to test a few things before switching over. Testing will take at least two weeks.
If I do this with the same license as my production onPrem pbx, will I face issues?
I guess in the 3cx portal my production system will get replaced with the test install?
Am I allowed to use the license key on two systems in parallel for this test scenario?

BTW: I have my own fqdn.
