new ip phone

I have almost 40 snom320, I see the list of compatible device on 3cx site and I see that snom320 is in "EOL", in fact often I have some issues with these phone.
I would to buy new ip phone, but need some advice, I see that

nice compromise between price and features but I read around that these devices have some issues.

I thinked about 100€ for device

I cannot recommend a specific device to buy but i would recommend getting a fully supported device from the supported list so even of you do face an issue we are in a position to assist.

But I currently have the snom320, that is in 3CX compatibility list, but since I have upgraded the 3cx server a sp5, the IP phones doesn't work anymore with 3CX webclient

Although these phones have reached their end of life (by Snom) you can still use them with the latest version of 3CX and the web client. As mentioned in the thread you quoted i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the PBX logs and determine the cause of the issue. I have a Snom 320 with the latest SP5 update and i have no issues with it so it should be working for you as well.
