Just test it with Jabra Evolve 65 UC and is working as expected! Finally!
Thank you for supporting Jabra again.

Hi All
After this update we are having issues with extension numbers not dropping down from the search button while transferring (Both attended and blind).

Have done the usual first level troubleshooting-
reloading of the 3CX extention - clearing the cache etc etc.
Tested this on both Windows and Mac Also
Tested on both Chrome and Edge

Hi @DCLVXI

We have tried to re-create the scenario you describe on v16 Update 5 with the latest Browser Extension and cannot confirm what you are reporting. Please check:
(a) if you have the same issue using Web Client.
(b) Uninstall the extension, re-install it and retry.
(c) Check if you have conflicting extensions loaded - start with a clean browser configuration with only the Browser Extension loaded.
If the issue persists, please give us more info on your setup, e.g. PBX version, upgrade/clean browser install, OS, etc.

Tested, and we are hapyp with it :) thanks a lot for bringing this back

Hi Kyriakos

1. If we use Webclient then while transfering the issue does not exists
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same thing
3. Ensured i do not have conflicting extentions loaded
4. Started with a new chrome browser but still having the issues

This is happening with all our 3CX servers
PABX version for all of them are 16.0.619

An update on the community in regards to the issue that @DCLVXI mentioned above.

The case was related to the option on Extension's configuration options, "Do not show extension in 3CX company phonebook".

If this option is selected, then on Transfer/Att. Transfer windows, that option will be respected.

I'm really glad our headsets (jabra evolve 65) are finally supported. This would be a time saver in our company. But somehow i can't get it to work. I've updated my extension and downloaded and installed the msi package (client side). Then put the headset integration to jabra.

Is there anything i forgot to do? Any settings serverside or clientside. Or settings in jabra direct.

When i try to pickup/hangup nothing happens volume is working

On Chrome Extension - Integration Settings do you get any error for missing Chrome Host ?

You mean this one

Yes exactly. And you have issue with the pickup/hangup ?

If you try the same scenario with the WebClient ? Configure WebClient and test. Make sure that you disable temporarily the Browser Extension.

I tried the webclient. It asked me to download another extension (jabra browser integration) did that.
Still i can't pick-up phonecalls just nothing happens. Is it possible that a setting in jabra direct is to blame

Disable/Uninstall jabra direct please or make sure that you update to the latest version.

Uninstalled jabra direct but did not change anything. I will try a different pc maybe that helps
