Ive just finished setting up via integration via the guide. Test number works fine. I tried using our new whatsapp number, but it didnt work and I see that you cant use that. So I plugged in our main line, making sure it matches international conventions on 3cx side. Added it as a number to our Meta app, and I can send messages from meta to whatsapp numbers, but I cant receive any from WA to 3cx. Ive check and its live. Ive gone over all the steps. The only thing Im seeing is an error message under our main line saying 'Messaging may be unavailable". I click review, and it pulls up the dashboard for all my whatsapp numbers (Main line, test line it gave me). No errors. I added a card for payments. I just dont understand. I cant get this or the FB messenger integration to work and I have no clue as to why.
