Solved New setup AWS 3cx management domain not reachable

Hello all

Had setup new 3cx setup on AWS the URL shown for management can't be reached and it's not working.The URL is https://minervtechpbx.3cx.in. Also I wanted to know is there any way to point this domain or use my domain to point to AWS public dns domain as pointing to IP address(public) will incur charges

Have you enabled the correct ports through the security groups on AWS ? you would require port 5001 to be allowed through from your trusted IP.

If your 3CX instance is accessible via AWS's management interface but not public-ally this is probably the problem:

I can neither ping or nslookup does not resolve your FQDN however.

Hello @Arunesh Dutta

Please access your 3CX costumer portal and check if your licence key is bound to the correct FQDN. Is this a new installation? Also did you use PBX express to install the PBX?
