Slowly getting my head around the 3CX system and must say it's a fantastic bit of kit so much so I bought the Pro version.
So I just need some advice on something that is probably quite easy really, but I cannot figure it out.
I've set up my office hours which are working great [08:30 - 18:00] Inside these hours my app on my phone will ring as will the desk phone. No issues. Now I want to be able to have it set up so if personal numbers call [parents, family, friends etc] they don't get met with the out of hours message saying we are currently closed, please leave a voicemail. Is there a way I can set the system up so they can either put in a ext number to my desk phone, or just completely bypass the office hours and it will just ring all phones regardless?
