Hello,

Can you force updates through google play store i.e. go to play store and search for the 3CX Client. Updates should appear there.

in the Russian version of google play is available only version 15.5.303

This is a beta build, in order to be able to download it you'll need to go to the App Store > 3CX, go down and sign up for the beta and then update to the beta.

Alternatively, from your PC, while signed in with the same gmail account as your phone, go here and sign up: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.tcx.sipphone14
You'll need to go and update to the beta after this via the Android Store > 3CX > update

Unfortunately this build is commonly not able to connect to the pbx.
I have to change network or shutdown the app to get a reconnection.

Try 303 that's not the beta. Do you see any difference?

I was previously on 15.5.320 and I haven't observed such an issue.

Uninstall 15.5.320 BETA completely and install the release version which is 15.5.303 from the play store.
