New updates on RPMs for 1.6? :)

Dear Developers

We have been doing some updates and security upgrades on our boxes, since attacks are becoming popular.

We've noticed yum update elastix gives us new versions of 1.6, previously it went to -22 now we are getting .2-33

Are this actually getting updates? Here can we read whats included? -22 was very stable. What are the changes for -33?
Any risk on stability?
