New User and Phone Book entries to start

I am a brand new 3CX Soft phone user as of yesterday. Have manually entered phonebook entries,

1. Don't see a way to change them once entered, please help.

2. How do you search for a name in the phone book and not have to scroll down to it.

3. Anyone found out how to stop that double ringing.

You must change phonebook entries using the myphone portal.

At this time you simply cant, please request this as a feature request.
