New V20 Windows Softphone app video calls not working

Hi Team,

I downloaded the new V20 Windows desktop Softphone app for 3CX,
when i dial and they other party answers i can hear them clearl, they have their video enabled but the video option button is not enabled on my end its greyed out.
With my old 3CX desktop app it works fine with my Logitech webcam.

is there an option i need to look into to enable this on the new app
if you can let me know as i aren't sure if others are having the same issue.
