Newbie 3CX Qs and SIP providers in UK

Hi all,

We are looking at a 3CX based system for our new office. I don't really want to get involved in ISDN cards, providers and installations etc. As we will have load balanced redudant *dsl lines coming in I would prefer to use those.

Can any recommend a SIP provider in the UK that will work with 3CX? Ideally one that can provide clear instructions on how to configure 3CX to use them.

Has anyone else gone down this route and have any comments ?

Hi,

I have used a few others in the UK but to be honest you are best sticking to the supported ones. This way if you have problems when setting up or in the future you'll get more support to fix the problems.

The VOIP providers in the supported list are ones that we have tested and have proven to work well, also for a lot of them there is a template so its just a matter of enter the details they gave you and your done. Is there any reason why you would like to choose another VOIP provider?
