Any update on when the next SP will be out? Specifically, will this support SIP-TLS, SRTP, Secure provisioning, etc. ?

Please note that we do not have a release date for the upcoming service pack. For the secure provisioning we will just have to wait and see as we are not aware if it will be included in the upcoming service pack.

Can you give us any hints on a better UI for BLFs. More importantly is there a better way to rearrange/add/remove them?

We will know more about the upcoming update once a Beta version of the update is released. Until then we can only speculate on what will be included.
