We had a branch office 3CX lock up this morning resulting in no internal or external calls and the server had to be rebooted. While looking at the errors I found this in the nginx_svc.err.log at the time of the reboot.

nginx: [warn] "ssl_stapling" ignored, issuer certificate not found for certificate "C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx/conf/Instance1/3cx.(domain deleted)-crt.pem"

Note the "\" in the path before nginx and the "/" after. System is back up and working and I don't think this was the cause, but thought it was worth a post.

\ and / for nginx conf are interchangeable.
Also, the "warning" is no reason for concerns. Also, calls are unrelated to the nginx.conf at all, therefore the reason must be another one.

Thanks for the fast reply. I didn't think it was the cause, I've just never seen a mixed \ / path before. Cheers and Happy New Year.
