No access after renewal

I have a hosted 3CX PRO 4 SC plan, which had expired in the past 24 hours. I went onsite to do the renewal which worked fine and the system is now showing as green (active). However, trying to access our site times out - i.e. it doesn't connect. Is this a timing issue or is there something that needs to be fixed?
