Solved No access to Hosted instance

Can't get anything to come up when trying to connect to my hosted instance. Anyway I can restart it from my end?

As per our private conversation and as per our knowledge base article, machine came back up and needs to be used actively in order to match the correct criteria and not have this issue again in the future.
