HI there,

We have a number of local networks. It seems that the audio track in getting blocked. We have opened the requested ranges of ports between subnets, however it seems that the audio (udp) ports shift and eventually wonder out of opened range. Are the ports required for the firewall for outside operation different then the ones for internal use? Am I missing something?

You might need to provide more information about your network configuration to be able to get an idea of what the issue might be.

@PeterM
Provided that you are referring to the 3CX PBXs local RTP ports then yes. The ports used locally are UDP 7000-8999.
