Is this a new install, that has never worked properly, or, did this just start, on a system that was working properly before? If the latter, were any recent changes, upgrades made to anything?
3CX Version: 16.0.611 Server OS: Windows Server 2016 Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where: Hosted on my ESXI Server IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: SNR VP-52/VP-56/VP-80 Provisioning Method: Local / VPN / STUN / SBC: Local Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model: UzTelecom Has the Firewall Checker passed: No (Because in providers closed network) Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
No firewall used, connecting through providers switch. I have 2 ethernet adapters now. Early i used 3CX with 1 adapter and telephony worked over the Internet. Now i added 2nd adapter, added new route and deleted from 1 adapter DNS and gateway. Now i have internet on 1st adapter and normally working 2nd adapter with telephony. But... I hear soud from external call, but when i speaking no sound.
I'm guessing, that , for whatever reason (a 3CX setting), 3CX is sending the audio packets, externally, on the wrong NIC. Since it was working correctly, in the past, when you were using a single NIC, what prompted you to make use of a second?
Problem solved with right routing table, this is my mistake, i have not propetly configured a routing(My low skils in networks). Now i configured a metrics and routes to interfaces. it worked propetly)))
Try running the 3CX Firewall Checker, and see if the ports all pass. I have to assume that this is something to do with the changes you've made, causing this to now happen.
