Hi All,

So unusual behaviour which I did not experience that last time we integrated with Teams. None of the users that have been enabled for Teams can use the 3CX webclient to make or receive calls. The call shows up on the webclient but there is no audio either way at all. Calling works fine through Teams, has something changed which prevents the user using the webclient as well as Teams?

Thanks

Hi!

I'd suggest the following:
  • Re-run the Firewall Checker and make sure the ports show as opened
  • From the Webclient, if you dial *777 and speak into the mic, do you hear your voice back?
  • Have you tried from a different PC where Teams isn't installed on?
  • You mention the WebClient, have you tried the Mobile Apps to check if those work OK?

Hi,

I have run the firewall checker, all ports are open - this is an Azure hosted instance.

*777 from the Webclient does not echo the voice, this is on three different computers (all with Teams installed) and we have tried it on a computer without Teams install (same behaviour).

The mobile apps and desk phones (Fanvil) work OK, just the Webclient.

Could you create an temporary extension on your 3CX system and send me the username password and FQDN in a PM so I can check myself?
After this you can then delete the extension.
