No audio on Second NIC

Hello everybody,

we are trying to use 3cx server with two network cards. The two cards are in two separate vdoms, for the first card where there is the default gateway the calls go through quietly, while on the second card when calls are made there is no audio. is there anyone who had such a problem?

Well, with FREE/SMB versions you can not configure this.

I guess you are talking about your local network, also do not try configuring virtual interfaces...

I am afraid that you will need to check this with your network administrator.

@tlamallem Just to clarify, have you installed 3CX as on-premise?

We re not using Free version.

to explain more our situation:

we have firewall with two separated vdoms

our 3cx server has two NICs:
172.x.x.a with default gateway on dmz vlan 53
192.168.x.b with no gateway on vlan 24

no routes between the two vlans

when we place call on vlan 24 we hear nothing

This is network issue since udp is not passed to the NIC, not related with the 3CX PBX.
