"no audio" option

Would be great to have a "no audio" option when joining a meeting

Teams has this option and it's quite useful when people are all in the same room and just want to share their screen

A no "audio/video" option would be nice too

Have you considered turning off the mic and camera when joining a meeting?

These options are already there.

Sure, that's what we do now. But we also have to teach everyone to turn their speakers off as well.

Would be more bandwidth efficient if the AV streams could be killed entirely and only the presenting feature was retained.

Well @chadwick_corey please note that scheduling conference you can set the meeting options like enable or disable the audio/video for the participants...

Yep, I've tried that

Helps if you know ahead that the majority will be in the conference room

But you still have to remind people to mute their speakers

That's why I was hoping the devs would consider a new option for the joining screen
