I'm a first time user and I've set up our account with call centric, configured the SIP Trunk in 3cx and set up our IVR and call groups. Now when I call my inbound number from another line, I hear my welcome audio, then it routes the call to my users call group, I see the call come through 3cx dashboard.

When I pick up the call there is no audio. I say hello and don't hear it on either end (i'm connected on both sides, so confirming neither side is sending or receiving voice audio but the call is connected).

I have verified my firewall configuration and all necessary ports are open. Anything else I might be missing?

Okay did some more testing. I installed the 3cx app from the windows store and when taking calls on that it works fine. So something is off on the 3cx iOS app and the PWA for windows AFAIK

How are you set up? Locally hosted? Devices are all connected to the local LAN?

Yes right now i'm doing a POC so I have 3cx installed on my windows PC at home and all of the devices are connected, except for my phone using the iOS app which i'm runnin on 5g mobile network.

Another thing (not sure if or how relevant) on the iOS app, under the status box at the top right it says "Connecting..."

verified my firewall configuration
Does that mean the firewall test passed?

iOS app, under the status box at the top right it says "Connecting..."
Well it should get past that, yeah…Tbf I have had a few really slow connections lately after reboot or iOS update+reboot. Try closing the app and open again,

Another win is I now have a polycom vvx 500 provisioned and working great, so really just need to figure out why the PWA and iOS aren't working. Open to any ideas of how I can go about testing that.

Apps on the same network as the PBX need to have a secure connection. So do you have an internal DNS server that can resolve the FQDN of the PBX to the internal IP of the server?

Or do a hairpin NAT on your network firewall.

OP's phone is on cellular data per above.

@frozencrow Doc page for split DNS just to link it. To better explain my post above the iOS client should say Ready for Calls, show extension status, team, contacts, etc.

OP's phone is on cellular data per above.
If you use the phone on the local Wifi network (5G data disabled), or, a remote WiFi hot-spot, does the audio work?
At this point, I'd suspect something in the set-up/options/execution of the 5G network the phone is using.
Who's network is it?

Not sure, i'm going to try redeploying to a cloud server and see if that improves anything, since that's ultimately where it will run.
