No CRM option in 3cx Mobile App

I have been experiencing an issue where whenever i get a call on 3cx Mobile app i get only the contact synced from Zoho CRM ( shows the name ) but no clickable option to check the details of the person calling me using Android phones, while in browser it works perfectly. Help

The mobile app does not show the CRM link. That's by design.
