No emai or licence key sent

I filled in the info in the pop that comes up before the download page for the software.
No email was ever sent. I filled in the form several times and still haven't received any email with the licence key. Not very confidence building first experience with this software. Its been several days now and 4 attempts.

An email is sent instantly after the form is submitted. Could you please confirm that you have also checked your SPAM folder in case it was mistakenly delivered there by your host?
