Hello there,
today we transferred your 3CX from a Windows-Server to a Linux-Server.
We managed these with an simple backup. Installation and restoring the backup on the new machine was no problem.
The problems began after this.
We had two SIP-Trunks registered on the Windows machine. One of the trunks is still working as usual. The second one is still registered but no calls are coming in, an outgoing calls have no sound. Our provider checked the failing trunk and can´t find any problem on there side.
When we reactivate the Windows-Server both SIP-Trunks are working fine.
The network setup is the same (public/ private IP-Address and FQDN) so the routing and DNS shouldn´t be a problem. Firewall check finishs without any error.
Of course we´re not using the old and new system at the same time, but switching while testing.
Has anyone an idea what the problem could be?
