I'm using 3CX 18.0.4.965 on a Hetzner Cloud server with a "unsupported" SIP trunk.
My setup worked fine for a few years but I just realized that there is no audio with calls originating externally. When I call external numbers, everything is fine. I can't even tell when the problem started, as most calls are to external numbers.
When a client calls, then it is either sent to a call queue or voicemail. They can't hear the pre-recorded messages, however. Also when I pick up the call we can't hear us. When I call back, everything is fine.
Firewall test completes successfully.
I captured packets, but I'm not sure what to look for, as I'm no SIP expert.
However, I can see lots of RTP G.711 packets flowing back and forth with calls originating externally and also calls to external numbers:

This looks to me as if the firewall is okay?
However, with the call TO an external number (where audio is fine) I additionally see lots of UDP packets in between. Could that be a STUN server? See here:

94.x.x.x is the public IPv4 address of the 3CX host.
195.69.183.2 is the address of the trunk.
What should I look for / try now?
Thanks.
