Hi,
I have an issue with no audio between yealink t46s handsets and yealink w56h DECT handset.
both phones can make in and outbound calls no problems.
Both are remote STUN at the same site and have PBX delivers audio selected.
Port forwarding has been configured for the separate SIP and RTP ports of each device.
running 3CX version 15.5 SP5 with supported handset FW.

The issue seems to be with the DECT handset because the T46S can call the other T46 handsets on the system (all remote STUN)
Does the dect base and the extension used for the DECT need to be the same port range or something?

any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Matthew,

Please check:

* Firmware version on the phones, ensure that they are running the latest supported 3CX version.

* PBX delivers audio is enabled on the extensions themselves.

Failing that I would stick in an SBC on raspberry pi and see if that works for you.

Hello @MatthewHood

How many devices are registered on the DECT station? If you have more that one you will most probably need to increase the port range under the extension settings to accommodate for the additional handsets. You will then need to re-provision the DECT device.
If you are familiar with wireshark then a capture can help you determine why there is no audio between the devices

@YiannisH_3CX,

Are you saying 12 ports is just for one handset?
So if you have 5 handsets registered to the Base Station then you need 5x 12 = 60 RTP ports?

Not necessarily, i only recommended it as a test as sometimes on busy DECT devices you may need additional ports.
