No name appear on incoming calls if screen locked

Hi, We are tryng beta official because we need the new functionality "keep active" (Top thanks a lot) but at the moment we are having this problem. When the phone is locked, the name of the caller is blank. We use an ulefone armor x8.

Could you please ensure that the beta version is in use? (Settings > About)
I have just tested the scenario (with the same device : UleFone Armor X8) and it seems to work fine.

and other problem that I found is that the keep alive option need to be switched on every times I power off and on then phone.

No google push = no callerID, if google push is too late, then maybe also no callerID
