No option for SMS providers

Hi, I have a Twilio account for SMS service that i am trying to add to 3CX. For some reason, I am not getting any option as the pic in the link::

Below is screenshot of my 3cx pbx. How would i add a provider if i am not seeing any option? I've also tried restarting nginx and the whole server itself.

What PBX version are you running? Do you have any other issues? Did you try a different browser or a different PC?

I've tried both chrome, edge and opera, and seeing the same issue. I am assuming version number is 16.0.8.16 as per screeny below. Apart from SIP trunks going down occasionally, i don't think i am coming across other notable issues.

Since your maintenance is expired your license has reverted to standard and SMS is not available in the standard version of the PBX. You will need to update your PBX to a PRO or Enterprise version to have SMS available.

SO is it not available in Standard Free, would i have to upgrade to higher plans?

Yes you would have to upgrade to a PRO or Enterprise edition to have SMS working.
