We are in the process of migrating from legacy PBX system to 3CX.

I have everything working, except when making outbound calls, there is no audio received by the called number.
  • 3CX Version, Standard Annual 16.0.2.910
  • Server OS, Windows 10 LTSC w/SimpleDNS
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Locally
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware - Yealink/T48S/66.84.0.35
  • Provisioning Method: Local
  • Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model - Flowroute
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
I have wireshark captures, but nothing is standing out as an issue.

I have also tried PBX delivers audio on and off and SIP and IP Authentication.

Suggestions?

It looks like RTP ports are closed.
Has the Firewall Checker passed all the checks?

@Zol information about firewall is already given in previous post, FW passes

Do you make outbound test calls from always the same phone?
Is this problem affect only the outbound calls? incoming calls work fine?

Is Flowroute a supported sip provider? Have you used 3cx template to create trunk?
Do you use Vlan ?

is echo test *777 working fine ? do you hear you back in speaker?

Activity Log shows no issue, no Codec error, no timeout? I'm assuming that imbound calls do have audio. Are you using any sort of firewall device. The Firewall Checker may miss outbound (audio) ports being blocked.

Finally figured this out. One of my Fortigate port forwarding rules still had NAT enabled. Disabled that and all is well.
