No Phone Access

Hi,

I am experiencing issues with my PBX - It doesn't work and I tried reaching my local support and no answer. I am in Canada. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

When I try to log into my portal I get the following error:

This site can’t be reached​

11275704canada.3cx.ca took too long to respond.

Please help me out.

Hi there.
We can see that your 3CX system is not hosted with us, and not sure what issue you had there (if its a networking networking-related), however right now it can be accessed from your console.

Please advise
