No ringtone after transfer call from digital receptionist ..

Hi All,

I have the 3cx PBX phone system setup and have to say im quite happy with it. I only really have one issue, when the digital receptionist transfers the calls to an extension, for some reason there is no ring tone saying the call is being transferred.

I tried setting up the messages on hold service but couldnt get that to work either so while the person calling is placed on hold they can hear from music in the background.

If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Could you go to the settings of the Extension you are using and set the following?

PBX Delivers Audio : Ticked
Supports Re-Invite : Unticked
Supports Replaces : Unticked
