No Shared Line Appearance function on Cisco 509G

Hi,

i have an cisco 509G phone and i want program the BLF function on the phone.

But i have in the web interface no no Shared Line Appearance function

i halve already do a firmware upgrade but that doesnt work.

what to do ?
