No vibration on Android 14

Hi! I used 3CX App on my old Pixel 4a and it worked but since I switched to Pixel 8a and Android 14 I don't get vibration to work. I set all permissions and notifications and enabled Vibrate everywhere. For GSM calls vibration works. It doesn't work also when ring volume is up. It rings but it doesn't vibrate. Any ideas?

So you also have check OS settings on 3CX application and the settings of the app itself from the advanced settings of the application?

Did you try on the OS level use Unrestricted mode and see if it makes a difference? Just in case OS decides something that you don't want to happen.

What do you mean by unrestricted mode? There are no restrictions to the app at all, everything is configured to be running all the time (background activity, energy savings, power optimization and so on)

Exactly, this is what i mean, in the Android OS, you can in battery settings specific and do not optimize the app, check your settings and give it a try :




Also check if you have any errors in the 3CX Even log in the Dashboard of the console?

This is already set to unrestricted.

There are no errors on console, as the phone rings and I can get calls and make calls. Just the vibration doesnt work
