No videoconferencing recording e-mail

Hi,

One of our customers did a meeting with his direct meeting link (not scheduled, just started the meeting and sent the link to the other person).
This meeting was recorded, but the organiser did not receive a recording link.

I already checked in the 3CX client, but there are no scheduled meetings of course since it was a direct meeting.
Is there a way to recover the recording link somewhere?

As per our communication via PM,

I see there's 1 entry on our system on that day and that it successfully completed converting and was uploaded to our temp storage with no errors. The email should have been sent to the user by their own PBX. We have no info on our side about this as this info is kept on-premise with the user PBX.

Please ask the user to:
1) Search their email for: files-eu.3cx.net
Maybe they've received the mail and have moved it to trash or marked it as read or just didn't see it.

2) Restart the 3CX Gateway Service on the PBX and ask the user to see if they've received any new report mails. Typically if there was an error with sending the mail on the PBX side, the PBX will try to re-send it multiple times over several hours. The final resort is to restart the Gateway Service to force it to send any stuck/non sent mails.

If the service is restarted and no mail is received by the user, this means that the PBX already sent it.

3) Try recording another meeting and see if they receive the email or if it's caught by a spam filter.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to resend your recording mail because the info needed to do so is something on-premise to your PBX.
