no voice on inbound or outbound calls on web client

Hi all,

We have use Windows 10 with Chrome version 86.0.4240.193, and we install the 3CX extension, but no audio on both sides is showed.
We check the firewall and allow all traffic for our 3CX server, all ports is open for communication.
And on Android/iOS the app works fine.
We check too on Chrome configs to verify which audio settings is configured and all is fine.
We restarted all computers which have this issue, but the problem maintain.
Could you help us to identify what is the problem ?
