No Voicemail Push Notification

3CX PBX: 16.0.655 (linux)
iOS App: 16.1.4.56 (on iOS 14 - don't have means to revert / test other iOS versions)

I could have sworn I've seen this working before.
If I receive a voicemail directly (extension does not ring) I will not receive a push notification on my phone. However, if the extension rings and I do not pick up, I will get a missed call notification.
I swear, I must be missing something stupid simple.

If you explicitly leave a voicemail (*4ext) to somebody, that won't trigger a push notification to that person. It's a feature which is in our ToDo list, however I cannot provide an ETA.
