Not able to activate waiting loop

HI there,

I am trying to configure my 3CX Free Version Phone System. My problem is that i´m not able to set an waiting loop.

The buttons to confirm my new waiting loop are not enabled. What am I doing wrong ?
Do I need to set up something more ? Or is this feature not avaiable in the free version ?

Can you explain what you mean by a "waiting loop"?

Do you mean an auto attendant?

Hi,

Waiting Loops / Queues are not available in the free version of the PBX as they are a Business Feature.
