Not all users displaying

I have our sync enabled and I am selecting "specific" users, when I click the + to add users to our system, there are some users in our M365 tenant that are active and valid users that do NOT show up in the list of users to sync, why would this be?

Do these users have a first and last name configured in Azure AD, as well as a Display Name?

Yes, all of my users have their First Name, Last Name and Display Name appropriately set and I have about 15% of them whom do NOT show up in the tool after enabling the 365 integration.

A few questions to try and see what could be causing this.

• What version of 3CX are you currently running? You can check this on the Dashboard on the right panel.
• Have you tried restart the 3CX System Service and Management Console Service and check again?
• Would there happen to be a 3CX Extension already created with the email and/or UPN of the users that don't appear?

Also open an elevated Powershell and run Connect-AzureAD and log in with the Admin credentials, then run Get-AzureADUser -All $true.
From the list identify one of the Users that is not appearing in 3CX and make a note of the long "ObjectId" string.

Then once you have this replace the xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx with the ObjectId (maintain the single quotes surrounding it) in the following command and run it:

Get-AzureADUser -Filter "ObjectId eq 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx'" | Select AccountEnabled,AgeGroup,AssignedLicenses,AssignedPlans,City,CompanyName,ConsentProvidedForMinor,Country,CreationType,DeletionTimestamp,Department,DirSyncEnabled,DisplayName,ExtensionProperty,FacsimileTelephoneNumber,GivenName,ImmutableId,IsCompromised,JobTitle,LastDirSyncTime,LegalAgeGroupClassification,Mail,MailNickName,Mobile,ObjectId,ObjectType,OnPremisesSecurityIdentifier,OtherMails,PasswordPolicies,PasswordProfile,PhysicalDeliveryOfficeName,PostalCode,PreferredLanguage,ProvisionedPlans,ProvisioningErrors,ProxyAddresses,ShowInAddressList,SignInNames,SipProxyAddress,State,StreetAddress,Surname,TelephoneNumber,UsageLocation,UserPrincipalName,UserState,UserStateChangedOn,UserType
