We have the M365 and SharePoint integration set up. Everything looks fine but it is not moving all the VM's over for archiving. It seems to only be moving a few extensions VM's over. This has caused our storage to fill up and nobody can leave VM's until we get it cleared up. Why would it only be moving certain extensions over? To be clear its only archived 6 extensions VM's out of about 50 extensions. It is set to archive them every 7 days. Everything else is archiving like it's supposed to, Recordings are being moved from all extensions, system backups are going there fine. Not sure where to look for this issue.

Regarding your question, for vmail, archiving the system will only archive voicemails that have been listened to. Unplayed (unlistened voicemail messages) will not be archived.

Ah! Okay that makes sense then, they never listen to them as they get the transcriptions for them. Thank you for your quick response.

You are welcome.
