Solved Not receiving any invitation email related to webmeeting

Hello

When I create an Videoconference, system report me this error:

Exception of type System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException occured in 'DoProcessWebMeetingStateCallback' line 699. Message: Count cannot be less than zero. (Parameter 'count')

ANd invitation email doesn´t arrive to external participants only internal

Email for audio only and the rest of email works perfectly.

Any idea?? Is V18

Can you walk me through the steps you're following to create a video conference? What options are you selecting when creating the meeting?

I have version 18 of 3cx and what I do is click on the plus symbol that appears at the top left and then, whether I configure the videoconference for that moment or for later, it gives an error. It does not matter if I add the participants with legacy email or with google or outlook ... when I click on creating the video conference, I always get that error and only with the video conference.

Do you by chance use a custom template for the Webmeeting email? Also can you see the "MAILTEMPLATE_WEBMEETING_CUSTOM" parameter in Settings >> Parameters? If yes, copy the contents to a document on your desktop, then delete the parameter altogether.

Once done, try again, does it resolve the issue?

Now it work correctly but email is in english and not customized. How can I customiize it again??
