The problem is still there, when I create the audio conference I receive the invite email and I can add it into the Lotus Agenda but when I create the video conference only the guests receive the invite email for the agenda. Not me. You said I need to use the email client from where I send the invites. Why? It worked until your last updates. Why is it working for the audio but not for the video?
The steps I do (and did before when it worked) are : the conference button -> select video conference -> fill subject and notes - > select 3CX direct email -> search for the users I want to invite -> add them to the conference (if I'm searching for myself it says that someone with that email address is already in) -> planning -> select date and hour -> press OK - conference created, the invitees received the conference invite but not me. Like I said, it worked before. Now if I cancel the conference I receive the cancel email.
