Not receiving SMS in 3cx, but i can send SMS out

Hello

I am using voip.ms as trunk, configured the trunk, calling and outgoing SMS works. But, i could not receiving any SMS. I checked with voip.ms they are saying configuration looks good on their side. Any ideas why i could not see incoming SMS ?

Did you ever figure out the issue? I'm having a similar issue right now with Flowroute SIP trunk on 3CX version 20, hosted by 3CX. Our other number is working with in/out SMS. Both numbers are part of the same 10DLC registration. I can send out but inbound sms messages aren't not received.

Are both numbers under the same trunk? Check the number format and make sure you added the numbers using E164. Check that both numbers have the correct webhook set in Flowroutes portal. If memory servers you can set the webhook per account but there is also an override feature which allows you to set the webhook per DID. Check both.
