Solved Not Receiving Webmeeting E-mail Report

We use 3CX for virtual classes at our small college. We typically receive the Webmeeting Report with a link to the recording within a few minutes to a few hours after the class has ended. We still have not received the e-mail 12 hours later, but we did receive the original invitation and the reminder e-mail an hour before the course. Is there a way to find the link to the recorded meeting or have the Webmeeting Report resent? This issue happened in both of our classes last night.
